Key Pricing Info for EPC/CDM Services (as of 2025):
​Medicare rebate per session:
$60.35 (indexed annually — this is the 2024–2025 rate).

Maximum sessions:
5 sessions per calendar year, shared across all allied health services (e.g., physio, podiatry, dietitian, etc.).

Prestige Performance and Recovery accepts referrals under WorkCover, CTP (Compulsory Third Party), and private health insurance for eligible treatment services. To ensure your claim is processed correctly, please note the following: ✅ A valid referral from your GP, specialist, insurer, or case manager is required before your first appointment. ✅ All claim details (claim number, insurer, case manager contact) must be provided prior to treatment commencement. ✅ Without the necessary documentation or approval, treatment will be billed privately at standard rates, payable on the day. ✅ Any services not covered under your policy or rejected by the insurer will be the responsibility of the patient. Please contact us prior to your appointment if you're unsure whether your claim is approved or eligible for coverage.
